RAM Section Circuit Diagram and Its Problem Solution in Desktop Motherboard

RAM section is providing the requirement voltage to RAM for working. It may be 1, 2, and 3 MOSFET. It is place near RAM Slot Mostly. 
1-SD RAM-3.3v 
2-DDR 1-2.5v 
3-DDR 2-1.8v 
4-DDR 3-1.5v 
5-DDR 4-1.2v




Ok Conditions

 Display Come
 Diagnostic Card Show 7878,2526,3535 2525,8080 with IRDY
    and Frame LED Blinking.

 Voltage Present On Ram slot Supply pins.

Faulty Condition

 No Display come
 Diagnostic Card Show Code C1C0,C5C6,A004,C100,FFA0
    D0D1 and D4

 No Voltage present on RAM Slot.

Main checking point:

 Check RAM Supply MOSFET
 Check RAM Supply Filter Capacitor, It may be Leakage.
 Check PWM IC Supply, Near Components and resold it. But 
    same condition then replaces PWM IC.
 If RAM Supply OK But shows C1C0, C5C6, A004, C100,
    FFA0 code, Check Terminate/Network/Package SMD Resistor,
    near RAM Slot.

 If All above ok but same condition .then reprogram the BIOS. 
    BIOS Program is corrupted.
