How to Reset BIOS/CMOS

- Restart your computer

- Load Default
- Load Fail-Safe Defaults
- Load BIOS Defaults
- Load Default Settings
- Load Setup Default
- Get Default Value
5.Exit
Method 2.By changing jumpers
Shutdown your computer.
- Open up your PC or laptop’s case and locate the CMOS jumper.
- Set the jumper to the Clear position
- Power on your computer
- Start your computer
- Once your PC has booted, turn it back off move the CLR jumper back to its original position. Otherwise, each time you reboot, your settings (and clock) will automatically reset!
Method 3.By Removing the CMOS battery
- Shutdown your computer
- Remove the power cord to make sure that your computer receives no computer.
- Find the battery on your motherboard, referring to the pictures below if needed
- Remove the battery. If the battery doesn’t move easily, stop following this method to reset the BIOS.
- Wait 5 to 10 minutes
- Add the battery again
- Power on your computer
