Thinks to before formatting the system and Laptop

1. Consult the user of the system about the various applications      run on the system.
2. Take the backup of the system data
    a) Take backup of my document.
    b) Take backup of document and settings such as favorites,              Local settings, desktop, Shared
   c) Take backup of Tally.
   d) Take backup of outlook express.
   e) Take backup of Microsoft Outlook
   f) Review C drives data folders.
   g) Review program files.
   h) Note IP Address of the LAN card
   i) Take backup of fonts.
   j) Check the no. of program installed with version.
   k) Check for drivers. Backup driver
   l) After formatting check date and time
   m) Place everything where it belonged to

   n) Reconnect my document and outlook
