Fault Finding Procedure of LCD/TFT/LED

 Symptom – If LED blinks Continuous.
Solution – First of all disconnect signal data cable from system and check symptom if LED constant glow TFT ok check only system. But same problem check TFT first of all disconnect output voltage connector and check symptom if problem solve mean’s power section ok check other section inverter section scalar section and control section one by one.

 Symptom – After provide power for sum time light available on screen and LED glow in green color but after sum time screen black and LED color change.

Solution – Check monitor control I.C may be excess hit, dry soldering or loose (If control I.C attach with shocked then may be shocked or I.C any one may be loose If all symptoms are ok replace control I.C.

Symptom – Half screen black and half screen dark (Dark mean’s monitor light).
Solution – In condition check any one CCFL connector may be loose or open so, check according testing also check CCFL may be open if CCFL ok check both switching transistor and its sporting component.

 Symptom – Display ok but Horizontal or vertical line appear on screen.
Solution – In condition check TFT glass.

 Symptom – Any one function switch doesn’t work.
Solution – First of all check switches may be open if switching ok check switch supply track path and voltage if ok replace I.C.

 Symptom – Improper display / improper color.
Solution – First of all signal cable may be loose or its internal shocked may be dry soldering. If cable or shocked are ok check color mixing problem according to OSD
.
 Symptom – No display but raster ok.
Solution – first of all check signal cable. If cable ok check through another system. If same problem check scalar section, scalar I.C.

 Symptom – OSD massage continuous appear on screen after attach signal cable same problem.
Solution – First of all check signal data cable may be open or faulty if cable ok also check OSD panel may be loose if panel ok replace scalar I.C.


NOTE: LED MONITOR USE LED STRIP AND LED DRIVING CIRCUIT   NOT USE CCFL AND INVERTER SECTION
