Output Section in SMPS
Identification: S.Winding of SM Transformer, Schottky Diode Attached with Heat Sink ,Filter Capacitor , Coil and +5v/+12/=3.3v/-5v/-12v Wire Attache this section.
Function: It is again convert AC into DC and provide to output.
Isolation:if all output voltage present is means this section is working properly.if any one and more voltage is absent is means this section is faulty.
Problem and Solution
Problem: +5v/+12/=3.3v/-5v/-12v any one and more voltage is absent.
Solution: in this condition check absent voltage components like Schottky Diode, Filter capacitor and Coil.
NOTE: IF ALL VOLTAGE ABSENT AFTER GREEN BLACK SHORT CHECK ONLY
