Section of LCD/TFT Monitor

There are mainly four section include in TFT monitor/LCD (Liquid Crystal display) monitor.

1. Power section
2. Inverter section
3. Scalar section
4. Control section

Identification of all section –

1. Power section - Fuse, Distortion, R.F coil, NTC, Bridge Diode, MFC, Surge by pass STR.

2. Inverter section – Inverter TXFR, CCFL connector, Oscillator I.C/PWM I.C, Switching Transistor, Switching control MOSFET etc…

3. Scalar section – Big size I.C, RGB signal direct attach with this I.C, Front panel OSD attach with Scalar I.C.

4. Control section – Attach with signal data cable through SDA and SCL signal memory I.C, +5v supply, Front panel micro switch and LED attach with control section.

Isolation of all section –

1. Power section – Power LED glow power section ok . if no glow it means Problem.

2. Inverter section – If proper light appear on screen inverter section ok .If no Light appear on Screen it means problem.

3. Scalar section – Proper color and proper display appear on screen means scalar section ok
If show Different color. faulty.

4. Control section – Change mode through front panel and through software command monitor proper works means control section ok if not work from command it means fualty.
