How to Backup / Restore Tally.ERP9 Data:
1. BACKUP:You can take a Backup of the Data from virtually any storage medium into any other medium. The more commonly used media for backup are Pen drive, Hard Disk Drive etc. installed either locally or a on a network. In the desktop screen, the source of the Backup and the Destination of where it has to be stored has to be given.
How to take Backup :
Press ALT+F3 (Company Info) from Gateway of Tally.ERP > Goes to Select Backup.
The screen as Given Below ,specify the destination path/drive ( where backup will be stored),the select the name of company and save the screen.
How to restore Data
Press ALT + F3 ( Company Info) form Gateway of Tally.ERP > Select Restore Screen. The screen appears as shown above, specify the destination path / drive , then select the name of the company and save the screen.
